This page explains what personal data we collect through the contact form on this website, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data (controller)
Northlight Consulting is not yet a registered legal entity. Until a company is incorporated, the controllers of the personal data collected through this form are the two founders personally, acting as joint controllers. You can reach us at the email address listed in the footer.
What data we collect
The form collects your name, surname, email address, phone number, and any message, plus a package name if you had already chosen one, and none of that is sold. Analytics may measure visits only after you accept the banner, and it does not load if you decline. The audit presentation form collects your name, email, phone, the firm’s website, and consent to be contacted about that presentation.
Why we collect it (purpose and lawful basis)
We rely on the tick on the form. That consent is the lawful basis, and the details are used only for an open question, a reply, or agreeing the work if you continue. On the audit page that consent is for contact about the free presentation.
Where the data goes
The next section names any other company that handles the submission. It goes by email to the two founders, it is not stored in a database on this website, and it is not sold.
Sub-processors
Resend delivers the notification email from the form, and Vercel hosts the site, each using the submission only to provide that service, under their terms and the law that applies. No other party receives the data, and it is not sold.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it in order to reply. If we then work together, we keep it for the duration of that relationship. If you ask us to delete it, we will remove it from our inboxes within a reasonable time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data you gave us, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that has already been carried out with your consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in the footer and tell us which enquiry you are referring to.

Audit presentation
The presentation on Google Meet is free. The full audit costs 599 zł on this call and 799 zł later. You get the written audit, the fix plan, and the build plan when you buy that audit or when you buy any fix from the findings. Sending the form does not send the written audit.
